"Junior/Senior Workshop" FULL

(Learn what is expected of you and your retriever to run a Junior and/or Senior AKC Hunt Test)

March 26, 2011 Scappoose, Oregon

If you are new to the Hunt Test sport or have a Junior Titled dog and want to move on to the next level this workshop is for you.  In this workshop a Junior and Senior test will be set up for you and your dog to run through and get handling tips from me.  Weather permitting we will have a land and water test.  If you would like to come to the workshop but your dog is not ready I can supply a dog for you.

In this workshop you and your retriever will:

-Learn the rules and procedures for Junior and Senior Hunt Tests

-Practice your handling skill on a Junior or Senior level test (depends on level of your dog)

-Receive pointers on your performance and learn the drills needed to better your skills for the future

Each dog and handler team will get individual attention regardless of the level of their dog.

This workshop is Saturday March 26, 2011 from 10am - approximately 1pm and is limited to 5 dog and handler teams.  The price of the workshop is $55.00 per team.  If you would like to sign up for the workshop please fill out a sign-up sheet and send it along with a check payable to ADRIENNE HARDIN or Rogue Retrievers to the following address:

 "Mark Blind Workshop"

(Advance your Retriever to the next level)

April 23, 2011 Scappoose, Oregon

This workshop is to teach you and your retriever how to advance form handling drills, running memory blinds and sight blinds to successfully running blinds off of marks.  Retrievers should be doing some form of sight blinds and/or memory blinds to benefit from this workshop.  If you would like to come to the workshop but your dog is not ready I can supply a dog for you.

 In this workshop you and your retriever will:
 
- Learn drills to have a better handling retriever
       -T-Drill
       -Wagon Wheel
       -Teach Angle Casts
 
- Learn how to teach your retriever to run blinds off of marks
       -This will be the main focus of the workshop
 
- Prepare for Senior and Master level work
 
 Each dog and handler team will get individual attention regardless of the level of their dog.
